still available, but remember, you often need to make bulk orders a season (or 2 ) in advance. So, right now, orders for Spring crops are being taken.

Directions: The gardens are located in the foothills of western
North Carolina off highway 182 on Fish Pond Road in lincoln
county. Payment: Cash, Check, Debit cards.

at the gardens. Our sauces, chile powders, vinegars are made
from produce we grow. hard/soft neck garlic, elephant garlic,
shallots, cabbage, red mustard/ collard greens, rainbow chard,
15 types of lettuce, red russian kale, easter egg radishes,sweet
potatoes, yams, tomatillo, Mill Creek signature salad mix with
edible flowers, chile powders, hot sauces, red wine/white
