December In the U.S. fall and winter crops like winter squash and apples are
still available, but remember, you often need to make bulk orders a season (or 2 ) in advance. So, right now, orders for Spring crops are being taken.

practices, and are subject to the NOP small quantity exemption.

grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. We
use natural insect deterrents like as organic clay, insect
pheromone disruptions, and beneficial nematodes. Our fertilizer
program consists of inputs such as fish oil and seaweed. Please
note that Scooter's Farm is not 'Certified Organic'. The scale
of our operation alleviates the need to be certified. We do
comply with all requirements regarding certification as we will
most likely pursue 'Certified Organic' in the future. (UPDATED:
